Larry the cable guy

This atrocity of a video that was meant to be an inspiration to all the poor little people by rich wealthy celebrities was eviscerated online by left and right, but Larry the Cable Guy took it down for the count.

Here’s a message from people with a lot of possessions that can take a year off of work and not flinch telling everyone outa work to imagine a world with no possessions while people are living in the street a half mile away from ‘em. RT @MattWalshBlog:

Larry the Cable Guy got’er done.

That tweet done did pretty good so he followed up with a short explainer to round out his thoughts:

Now, this is an unpopular opinion that you all will enjoy ripping into me over, but I actually do like the original song. Unfortunately, I despise the lyrics, of course. They offer up some ridiculous pie in the sky notion of utopia that only a simpleton or a commie Marxist could believe. Which is why the celebs just ate it up, of course.

Funny that these celebs take time out of their day to put out a commie song, but they don’t disavow their possessions for the poor, right? Weird…
